1. The goods or product shall remain the property of Magic Flutes International until Magic Flutes International has received payment in full for such goods or products. 2. The goods or products shall be at the risk of the retailer on delivery and shall remain so until Magic Flutes International has received payment in full for such goods or products or until they are returned to and received by magic Flutes International in the same condition as they were originally received by the retailer.   3. When the retailer sells any goods or products supplied on consignment payment in full for such goods or products must be made to and received by Magic Flutes International within seven (7) days.   4. Magic Flutes International provides the retailer with a consignment invoice with goods or products supplied on consignment and payment by the retailer to Magic Flutes International will be on the Consignment Invoice, as no further invoices or statements will be issued by Magic Flutes International in respect of such goods or products. A Consignment Invoice can not be converted to a Wholesale Invoice under any circumstances.   5. The retailer shall return any goods or products supplied on consignment to Magic Flutes International with seven (7) days if and when requested to do so by Magic Flutes International and enclose payment for the freight component of the consignment invoice.   6. All freight, packing and shipping costs and charges will be paid for and will be the responsibility of the retailer.
